He claims: the theft in count 4 (sale of the condominium) and perjury convictions were not supported by the evidence; his statement fell outside the perjury statute; the court erred in not dismissing counts 4 and 5 for lack of jurisdiction; the court improperly submitted a question of law to the jury, and improperly imposed an exceptional sentence. We affirm.
